1. Invitation

  1. We'll send you an invite!
  2. Use the sign-up link.

1. Portal overview

  1. Raise new Support requests
  2. View active requests
  3. Get an historic overview of previously completed Support requests

  1. Fill the request form with the necessary information and send

4. Notifications

  1. Sends you updates via mail for every comment and status change regarding the request

5. Approval

In case we need your approval for something we’ll send you a message!

  1. You can approve the ticket directly through the mail or click “View request” and approve it through the portal.​
